Can I collect unlimited feedback with Userback?
Yes! All Userback plans — including Free, Team, Business, and Business Plus — let you collect unlimited feedback from your users. There are no caps on the number of feedback items you can receive, so you’re free to gather as much insight as you need to improve your product.
What is meant by Feedback Availability?
Feedback Availability refers to how long your collected feedback is available to view in your Userback account. While all plans let you collect unlimited feedback, the Free plan only lets you view feedback for 7 days. After 7 days, the feedback becomes locked, meaning you won’t be able to view or act on it unless you upgrade to a paid plan. Paid plans (Team, Business, and Business Plus) offer unlimited feedback availability.
What is a seat and who needs one?
In Userback, a seat refers to one team member with access to your account. In other words, someone who can log in to view, manage, or act on feedback. This includes roles like product managers, developers, and customer support. Seats are only needed for internal users. Customers or end-users who submit feedback do not require a seat. Pricing is based on the number of seats, and you can add or remove them anytime from your account settings.
What payment types do you accept?
All Userback accounts are billed in USD and are either pre-paid for 30 days or 12 months. We accept payment via most credit cards and we do NOT charge any transaction fees.
Do session replays have a retention period?
Sessions that are linked to feedback do not have a retention period. For these sessions, they will always be available to watch as long as the related feedback still exists in your account.
Sessions that are not linked to feedback do have a retention period of 12 months.
